🚀 Responsibilities 🚀

• Responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of ToB supply chain compliance and enterprise credit/lending management products, ensuring they meet the business needs of enterprise-level clients (MNCs, State-owned Enterprises, Chinese outbound enterprises).
• Transform complex compliance and risk control business scenarios into standardized product capabilities.
• Drive the deep application of AI technology in products to enhance product competitiveness and delivery efficiency through automation and intelligence.

🌟 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 🌟

• Product Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the planning, design, iteration, and launch promotion of core ToB products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
• Business Insight and Scenario Analysis: Deeply understand the pain points of multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and outbound enterprises in supply chain compliance, credit, and risk management, translating needs into product solutions.
• AI Innovation and Implementation: Explore and implement the application of technologies such as LLM, OCR, MCP, and Agents in products to improve automation and delivery efficiency, addressing bottlenecks in traditional models.
• Agile Development and Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a Product Owner (PO) working closely with R&D, design, operations, and delivery teams, driving high-quality, on-time delivery based on the SDLC process.
• Tooling and Prototyping: Proficiently use product design tools and lightweight development tools to quickly build prototypes and validate solution feasibility.
• Product Data Analysis: Continuously optimize products, enhance user experience, and drive business value based on business and operational data.
• Client Communication and Solution Support: Participate in key client requirement discussions and solution design, supporting sales and delivery teams in project implementation.

📚 Requirements 📚

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for candidates from domestic 211/985 or overseas QS100 universities.
• 5+ years of experience in ToB product management, with a proven track record of successful 0→1 product development or large-scale version iterations.
• Experience working with MNCs, state-owned enterprises, or Chinese outbound enterprises; familiarity with supply chain compliance, enterprise credit, lending, or related businesses is preferred.
• Possess an AI Native mindset, with practical experience in applying LLM, OCR, MCP, Skills, etc., in product implementation being a plus.
• Familiar with SDLC and possess solid Agile/Scrum practical experience, capable of conducting efficient technical communication with R&D teams.
• Lightweight development capabilities (e.g., Python, SQL, or Low-code) are preferred, enabling independent data validation or demo setup.
• Excellent logical thinking, structured communication, cross-team coordination, and project management skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills, adaptable to cross-border and outbound business scenarios.
